【摘要】:prEN1993-1-11givesdesignrulesforstructureswithtensioncomponentsmadeofsteel,which,duetotheirconnectionswiththestructure,areadjustableandreplaceableseeTable1.1.NOTE:Duetotherequirementofadjustabilityandreplaceabilitysuchtensioncomponentsaregenerallyprefabricatedproductsdeliveredtositeandinstalledintothestructure.Tensioncomponentsthatarenotadjustableorreplaceable,e.g.airspuncablesofsuspensionbridges,orforexternallypost-tensionedbridges,areoutsidethescopeofthispart.However,rulesofthisstandardmaybeapplicable.Thisstandardalsogivesrulesfordeterminingthetechnicalrequirementsforprefabricatedtensioncomponentsforassessingtheirsafety,serviceabilityanddurability.NOTE1:GroupAproductsingeneralhaveasinglesolidroundcrosssectionconnectedtoendterminationsbythreads.Theyaremainlyusedas–bracingsforroofs,walls,girders–staysforroofelements,pylons–tensioningsystemsforsteel-woodentrussandsteelstructures,spaceframesNOTE2:GroupBproductsarecomposedofwireswhichareanchoredinsocketsorotherendterminationsandarefabricatedprimarilyinthediameterrangeof5mmto160mm,seeEN12385-2.Spiralstrandropesaremainlyusedas–staycablesforaerials,smokestacks,mastsandbridges–carryingcablesandedgecablesforlightweightstructures–hangersorsuspendersforsuspensionbridges–stabilizingcablesforcablenetsandwoodandsteeltrusses–hand-railcablesforbanisters,balconies,bridgerailsandguardrailsFullylockedcoilropesarefabricatedinthediameterrangeof20mmto180mmandaremainlyusedas–staycables,suspensioncablesandhangersforbridgeconstruction–suspensioncablesandstabilizingcablesincabletrusses–edgecablesforcablenets–staycablesforpylons,masts,aerialsStructuralstrandropesaremainlyusedas–staycablesformasts,aerials–hangersforsuspensionbridges–damper/spacertiecablesbetweenstaycables–edgecablesforfabricmembranes–railcablesforbanister,balcony,bridgeandguiderails.NOTE3:GroupCproductsneedindividualorcollectiveanchoringandappropriateprotection.Bundlesofparallelwiresaremainlyusedasstaycables,maincablesforsuspensionbridgesandexternaltendons.Bundlesofparallelstrandsaremainlyusedasstaycablesforcompositeandsteelbridges.(4)ThetypesofterminationdealtwithinthispartforGroupBandCproductsare–metalandresinsockets,seeEN13411-4–socketswithcementgrout–ferrulesandferrulesecuring,seeEN13411-3–swagedsocketsandswagedfitting–U-boltwireropegrips,seeEN13411-5–anchoringforbundleswithwedges,coldformedbuttonheadsforwiresandnutsforbars.NOTE:ForterminologyseeAnnexC.
