【摘要】:Replacement:ThispartofIEC61558dealswithsafetyaspectsofseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformerssuchaselectrical,thermalandmechanicalsafety.ThisPart2-1isapplicabletoseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingbothseparatingtransformersandelectroniccircuits.ThisPart2-1isnotapplicabletoexternalcircuitsandtheircomponentsintendedtobeconnectedtotheinputterminals,outputterminalsorsocket-outletsofthetransformersandpowersupplies.ThisPart2-1doesnotapplytotransformerscoveredbyIEC60076-11.ThisPart2-1appliestostationaryorportable,single-phaseorpolyphase,air-cooled(naturalorforced)independentandassociatedseparatingtransformersandpowersupplies,havingaratedsupplyvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.,aratedsupplyandinternaloperatingfrequencynotexceeding500Hz.Theratedoutputdoesnotexceed:-1kVAforsingle-phaseseparatingtransformersandsingle-phasepowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformers;-5kVAforpoly-phaseseparatingtransformersandpoly-phasepowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformers.ThisPart2-1isapplicabletoseparatingtransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingseparatingtransformerswithoutlimitationoftheratedoutputsubjecttoanagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.ThisPart2-1isapplicabletodry-typetransformers.Thewindingsmaybeencapsulatedornon-encapsulated.Theno-loadoutputvoltageortheratedoutputvoltagedoesnotexceed1000Va.c.or1415Vripple-freed.c.Forindependentseparatingtransformersandindependentpowersupplies,theno-loadoutputvoltageand/ortheratedoutputvoltageisnotlessthan50Va.c.,or120Vripple-freed.c.

【摘要】:Mostcommercialreflectometersandspectrophotometerswithreflectancecapabilitymeasurerelativereflectance.Theinstrumentreadingistheratioofthemeasuredradiationreflectedfromthereferencespecimentothemeasuredradiationreflectedbythetestspecimen.Thatratioisdependentonspecificinstrumentparameters.Nationalstandardizinglaboratoriesandsomeresearchlaboratoriesmeasurereflectanceoninstrumentscalibratedfrombasicprinciples,therebyestablishingascaleofabsolutereflectanceasdescribedinCIEPublicationNo.44(5).Thesemeasurementsaresufficientlydifficultandofprohibitivecostthattheyareusuallylefttolaboratoriesthatspecializeinthem.Astandardthathasbeenmeasuredonanabsolutescalecouldbeusedtotransferthatscaletoareflectometer.Whilesuchproceduresexist,theconstraintsplacedonthemechanicalpropertiesrestrictthesuitabilityofsomeoftheopticalproperties,especiallythosepropertiesrelatedtothegeometricdistributionofreflectedradiation.Thus,reflectancefactorstandardsthataresufficientlyruggedorcleanabletouseaspermanenttransferstandards,withtheexceptionofthesinteredPTFEstandards,departconsiderablyfromtheperfectdiffuserinthegeometricdistributionofreflectedradiation.Thegeometricdistributionofreflectedradiancefromsuchstandardsissufficientlydiffusethatsuchastandardcanprovideadependablecalibrationofadirectional-hemisphericalorcertaindirectional-directionalreflectometers.Althoughpressedpowderstandardsaresubjecttocontaminationandbreakage,thereflectancefactorofpressedpowdercanbesufficientlyreproduciblefromspecimentospecimenfromagivenlotofpowdertoallowtheassignmentofabsolutereflectancefactorvaluestoallofthepowderinalot.SinteredPTFEmaterialsexhibitsufficientreproducibilityfromwithinthesamespecimenafterresurfacingorcleaningthespecimentoallowtheassignmentofabsolutereflectancefactorvalues.PreparationofpackedpowderreflectancestandardsiscoveredinPracticeE259.ThispracticedescribesthespectralandphysicalpropertiesofthesematerialsandofthesinteredPTFEmaterials.1.1ThispracticecoversproceduresforthepreparationanduseofacceptabletransferstandardsforNIRspectrophotometers.ProceduresforcalibratingthereflectancefactorofmaterialsonanabsolutebasisarecontainedinCIEPublicationNo.44(9).BoththepressedpowdersamplesandthesinteredPTFEmaterialsareusedastransferstandardsforsuchcalibrationsbecausetheyhaveverystablereflectancefactorsthatarenearlyconstantwithwavelengthandbecausethedistributionoffluxresemblescloselythatfromtheperfectreflectingdiffuser.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
