【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodfordeterminingtheeffectsofsubstancesorcontaminatedsoilsonreproductionandonsurvivalofthewormEnchytraeusalbidus(Enchytraeidae).Theanimalsareexposedtothesubstancesbydermalandalimentaryuptakeusingadefinedartificialsoilsubstratetowhichspecifiedamountsofthatsubstanceareadded,orbyusingasoilsubstrateofunknownquality.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotestsubstancesthatareeitherinsolubleorsolubleinwater,althoughthemethodofapplicationdiffers.Themethodisnotapplicabletovolatiletestsubstances,i.e.substancesforwhichH(Henry'sconstant)ortheair/waterpartitioncoefficientisgreaterthan1,orforwhichthevapourpressureexceeds0,0133Paat25℃.Thewatersolubilityandthevapourpressureofthetestsubstanceshouldbeknown.Additionally,informationonthepersistenceofthetestsubstanceinsoilisdesirable.NOTE1BasicinformationontheecologyandecotoxicologyofEnchytraeidaeintheterrestrialenvironmentcanbefoundinthebibliographicreferences.NOTE2Thestabilityofthetestsubstancecannotbeensuredoverthetestperiod.Noprovisionismadeinthetestmethodformonitoringthepersistenceofthetestsubstance.NOTE3RecommendationsforadaptingthemethodtocomparingormonitoringsoilqualityaregiveninAnnexB.
