【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,dimensions,workmanship,flatteningresistance,impactresistance,pipestiffness,extrusionquality,andaformofmarkingforfolded(vinylchloride)(PVC)pipeforexistingsewerandconduitrehabilitation.Pipeproducedtothisspecificationisforuseinnon-pressuresewerandconduitrehabilitationwherethefoldedPVCpipeisinsertedintoandthenexpandedtoconformtothewalloftheoriginalconduitforminganewstructuralpipe-within-a-pipe.Note1-AnASTMspecificationfortheinstallationoffoldedPVCpipeisunderpreparationandwillbereferencedinthisspecificationwhenpublished.ThisspecificationincludespipemadeonlyfrommaterialsspecifiedinSection.Thisspecificationdoesnotincludepipemanufacturedfromreprocessed,recycled,orreclaimedPVC.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thefollowingprecautionarystatementpertainstothetestmethodportiononly,Section11,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
